First Team and I have created a unique partnership wherein all resources, marketing, advertising, and administrative support are at my disposal.
I'm already using the internet a LOT for marketing homes and finding buyers, and this isn't going to change, but one of the things I'm particularly looking forward to, is increased advertising in the NEWSPAPERS.
Sure, newspaper circulations have dropped a LOT the past few years, but over a MILLION people still get the paper. I thought - why not put my seller's homes in front of these people more than I've done in the past?
Our print advertising is now going to be in EVERY major newspaper in Orange County and Southern California with full page color ads. A few of the papers First Team advertises in on a WEEKLY basis are Orange County Register, L.A. Times, Laguna Woods Globe and Irvine World News.

2009 sales in Rossmoor Towers, Laguna Woods Village
Many people are interested in what their neighbor's manor sold for, and what other manors are presently for sale. Here is some info on which Rossmoor Towers manors sold last year, and also current listings.
22 manors in The Towers were sold in 2009, with an average price of $110,030. Penthouse #1451 was the highest-priced manor and this sold for $397,000. Here are details on the other manors that sold.
No Plan A manors sold in 2009, but manor #1156 is in "pending" status. I can't tell you the actual accepted price until after close of escrow. (Plan A manors are 500 square foot Studios with 1 bathroom.) Seven are offered for sale right now, and the prices range from $4,000 to $25,000.
Five Plan B manors sold in 2009, at prices ranging from $3,000 to $10,000.(Plan B manors are 625 square foot 1-bedroom units with 1 bathroom.) Four are offered for sale right now, and the prices are $9,500, $15,000, $24,995 and $25,000.
Ten Plan C manors sold in 2009, at prices ranging from $75,000 to $180,000.(Plan C manors are 1,200 square foot in size, with 2-bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.) Three are offered for sale right now, at prices ranging from $100,000 to $118,000. Manor #761 is in "backup-offer" status. The list price was $120,000 but again, I can't let you know the actual price the sellers agreed-to until escrow closes.
One Plan D manor, (penthouse #1406), sold in 2009 at a price of $340,000.(Plan D manors are usually 1,100 square feet in size, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but as this was a penthouse it is 1,300 square feet with 3 bedrooms.) Five are offered for sale right now, at prices ranging from $104,999 to $199,900.
