Five Plan B manors sold in 2009, at prices ranging from $3,000 to $10,000.(Plan B manors are 625 square foot 1-bedroom units with 1 bathroom.) Four are offered for sale right now, and the prices are $9,500, $15,000, $24,995 and $25,000.
Ten Plan C manors sold in 2009, at prices ranging from $75,000 to $180,000.(Plan C manors are 1,200 square foot in size, with 2-bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.) The list price was $120,000 but again, I can't let you know the actual price the sellers agreed-to until escrow closes.
